Do you do meetups?
No, items are mailed out via postage only.
Does HYPE ship overseas?
Yes, HYPE accept international orders.
International buyer will have to bear the postage costs and paypal charges.
Payment will be made through credit card via paypal or through a PayPal account.

How is payment made?
Please note that payment has to be made within 24 hours upon receiving our payment invoice. Failure to do so will result in the priority given to any other interested customer.
Please do not claim that you have made payment if you have not made any. We will not hesitate to take action against fraud cases.
ATM receipts should be retained till we have confirmed your payment as a proof of purchase.
For local orders, we accept payment via bank transfer and PayPal.
For international order, payment is via credit card and Paypal.
We offer POSB, UOB and OCBC bank transfers options for local payments.
How are items sent to our customers?
1) Normal postage - Items will be sent to your mailbox. Normal postage charges will be charged accordingly.
We will not be responsible for any loss of mail.
2) Registered postage - An additional $2.24 will be charged on top of normal postage cost
Postage will be sent to your doorstep, however if nobody is at home,
you may contact SingPost to arrange for a second delivery/ or go down to the post office to collect it personally.
Your article number will be sent to you upon request and you can check the status of your mail
at http://www.singpost.com.sg/
3) Worldwide Air parcel - Applies for international orders only. Shipping charges will be charged accordingly.
Does HYPE have any shopfront?
Nope, we are only based online at the moment.
How do I measure the items?

What do I do if I do not receive my parcel?
Do email us at hype@hype.com.sg if the parcel has not reached you after one week of mailing out.
Do provide us with your Order number. We would then contact Singpost regarding the parcel and get back to you shall there be any updates.
Do note that HYPE is not responsible for any loss of parcel sent out via normal post.
However, we have made every effort to ensure that the items are sealed and packaged properly with the exact address you have provided with.
Addresses are copy and pasted from the one you provided onto sticker labels to be pasted on the envelopes, therefore, human error has been reduced to the minimum during the delivery process.
Can I use your pictures on my blog/website?
Yes, but do credit the pictures with our website url: www.hype.com.sg
Modifications to the pictures and usage of the pictures for profit purposes are strictly prohibited.
