Welcome to HYPE's website Terms and Conditions. Please read through the following carefully before placing your order.

  

1. Product

 

All goods sold are brand new with our brand tags.

 

Quality checks will be conducted on every item before mailing out.

 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the actual colours of our product on our webpage. However, the actual colours you see may depend on your monitor display. We cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately reflect the colour on the actual product.

 

Goods are subjected to availability. Should there be cases where item runs out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and do a refund for the item.

 

2. Exchange and Refunds

 

2.1 Defect

 

We do not do refunds.

 All items sold may be exchangeable if the item is defected.

 

However, this is subjected to evaluation and approval from our management.

 

Customer must bear the full responsibility of having the item sent back to us intact.

 

We will not be responsible for lost mails for returns or exchange cases.

 

Should you receive a defected item, please email to hype@hype.com.sg immediately. We will only attend to cases that are reported within 5 days from the day of shipping. Exchange will only be done for the same item.

We reserve the rights to deny any returns received after 7 working days from date of despatch.

Please note that we do quality check on all items before sending out. Items that are intentionally torn or damaged on purpose by buyer will not be exchanged or refunded.

Exchange is only applicable when we have received the item/s with its tag and packaging intact, unworn and unwashed.

 

2.2 Laundry and wash care

Please do handwash item separately from other apparels with light detergent without soaking in water.

There will be no exchange for apparels which have been washed before.

For sequined pieces and items with delicate details, do wash inside out and take extra caution in handling.
 

 3. Payment

 

Please note that payment has to be made within 24 hours upon receiving our payment invoice. Failure to do so will result in the priority given to any other interested customer.

 

Please do not claim that you have made payment if you have not made any. We will not hesitate to take action against fraud cases.

 

ATM receipts should be retained till we have confirmed your payment as a proof of purchase.

Modes of payment we accept:

For Singapore buyers:

1) DBS/POSB bank transfer/ Internet banking/ Cash deposit

2) UOB bank transfer/ Internet banking/ Cash deposit

3) OCBC bank transfer/ Internet Banking/ Cash deposit

For international buyers:

4) Paypal funds transfer

5) Credit card - MasterCard/Visa/American Express

For Malaysia buyer

6) Maybank Malaysia bank transfer/ Internet banking/ Cash deposit

There is no additional transfer charges as we are holding a Malaysia Maybank account.

 

4. Price

 

All our prices are final and priced in Singapore Dollars.

 

Postage charges are to be borne by customer according to the weight.

 

Should customer choose to use PayPal for payment, he/she will have to bear the PayPal charges.

 

5. Shipping

 

We are not responsible for the loss of items through normal mail. Registered mail is highly advised.
